Give a teenager the chance to unlock their potential at NYO auditions

Many musicians who come from state schools face barriers to high quality music training and playing orchestral music with others. This might put them at a disadvantage at auditions for The National Youth Orchestra. By supporting them with a 30-minute pre-audition session with an NYO tutor, you can give them the chance to learn how to unlock their full potential and shine at their audition.

“I thought NYO was unreachable for me, but the NYO tutor said I was really expressive and showed me how to accentuate that for the audition. It helped me convey the character, even if the notes weren’t perfect. I needed that.”
