Connect a teenager with all that orchestral music can bring to their life

Over 1,000 teenage audience members took their seat this Spring. Could the next concert ticket come from you?

This Spring, The National Youth Orchestra took to the stage once again, pushing themselves to new heights through performance. However, most teenagers have never experienced a live orchestrabefore. Some of them might not have the opportunity or finances to attend these performances – others might feel that orchestral music is not for them. We aim to bring these musically curious young people into our community, so they have the chance to discover the joy, passion, and power that a live orchestra can create. What better, more powerful way to experience this for the first time than with an orchestra of young musicians their own age?

You can play your part in providing a teenager’s discovery of live orchestral music by donating today.

£22 could cover one unforgettable evening for a teenager to attend an NYO concert in a breathtaking concert hall.

Our Free for Teens programme ensures there are no financial barriers to young people experiencing live orchestral music. Watching NYO perform can have a profound impact on a young person, including seeing just how much musicians their age can achieve. This spring, over 1000 teens took their seats in The Bridgewater Hall and the Royal Festival Hall. Could the next concert ticket be from you?

Seeing the Orchestra play is stunning and exciting. Most people my age have no idea. They’ve never had the chance to experience orchestral music live.
