Support a bursary for the Orchestra of 2027
So that there’s no financial barrier for a teenage musician on the cusp of becoming remarkable
In the next few weeks, over 160 teenage musicians will be offered a seat in the Orchestra of 2027. Having worked incredibly hard to get to this point, they are ready to reach new musical heights, be immersed in a world of sound, and surprise themselves with what they are capable of. But for around one in every three, finances are the final barrier to taking this next step.
You can play your part in helping a young musician say ‘yes’ to a seat in the Orchestra with a bursary. So that what matters is musical potential, determination, and a belief in sharing what you learn with others who need a chance too.
£28 could give a teenage musician the chance to soar, work with a passionate community of their peers, and play high-quality orchestral music in concert halls across the country.
