She is Executive Director at the London Business School Leadership Institute and<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Managing Director of Rubato Global Consulting Limited, a strategic organisational development advisory firm.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Steve Sacks\u00a0<\/span>has over 30 years of experience as a business executive, including as a partner at McKinsey and Company, Burberry PLC and for Selfridges and Co.
